The London to Jerusalem Bike Ride 2004

For decades, thousands of people have been killed and injured in a cycle of violence in the Middle East. We believe that just as one act of violence leads to another act of violence, so can one act of peace lead to another act of peace.

In August 2004, cyclists from all over Europe will ride for 6 weeks from London to Jerusalem on a mission to support peace and reconciliation in Israel/Palestine.
As they cycle across Europe they will raise awareness and hold events to highlight the occupation and its effects on Israelis and Palestinians.

END THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE - SUPPORT THE CYCLE FOR PEACE

EASY TIGER

Hello hello,

The next of our EASY TIGER club nights is on Friday 25th June. In your Earth years, that's next week.

Same venue as always:

Downstairs at The Albany Pub,
240, Great Portland Street.
W1
(Opposite Great Portland Street Tube)

Doors open at 8pm. The fun goes on til 2am.

Last month, we had the excitements of the live all action DJ-off, new disco lights and new Tiger themed decorations. You could have been forgiven for thinking that was the ultimate excitement physically possible.

Think again. This month's EASY TIGER is going to take the word excitement, fight it, marry it's mother and then teach it to speak a new language. That language is called 'Even more excitement' - it's not a particularly creative name but sometimes it pays to be self-explanatory.

Come down and dance like a Tiger. We will provide the finest in hip pop, hop rock, raptastic bootlegs and things that make you wanna get your ass on the floor in a generally bootylicious way.

Love to see you there,

Danny x

Nicemum Etc

100% NEW MATERIAL! SKETCHES! SONGS! GUEST ACT AND SOMETHING ELSE.

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick update from mum-central to keep you informed of the latest developments. First of all this coming Monday sees the last in the current raft of "Nicemum Etc" shows at the Etcetera Theatre. There will, as always, be bags of new material, a fantastic guest act and the usual late drinking/blagging free sausage and chips after the pub-quiz downstairs type action. Also, lest you forget, it all goes towards a big fat cheque for
our charity of choice Global Action Nepal.

This week our fantastic guest act are "The Winetasters" who are fantastic.

In other news, we can announce dates for our London Edinburgh previews (sorry, let me make that clear; previews in London of the show we’re taking to the Edinburgh festival) which are as follows.

8th (9:30pm) 13th, 14th (7:30pm) July at the Etcetera, Theatre Camden Town.

1st, 2nd (8:00pm) August at the Hen and Chickens, Highbury Corner.

There may be other London dates not yet confirmed but we’ll keep you posted.

All the relevent details below as usual.

That about wraps it up. Thanks as ever for your continued support.

A firm manly handshake with unexpected thumb rubbing,
